Book Time - Guest Designer Aurora

Standing On A Flower - GDT Kristina

Just look at the eye candy our winner from last month's challenge, Kristina has created in this beautiful use of Standing on A Flower.  The colors and details of her layout are so pretty - and then there is her detailed coloring!!  Pop by her blog and leave Kristina some love!

Aloha Florals - GDT Aurora Marco

How gorgeous is this version of Aloha Florals from our one of this month's guest designers, Aurora Marco?!?  Her overall coloring and that itsy-bitsy, teeny-weenie polka dotted bikini is positively divine!!  The sentiment is so true, too.  These voluptuous beauties all exude self-confidence and a love of themselves, which is so refreshing. 

Doesn't Aurora's work make you want to rush over to the ADFD shop and color one up yourself?

There are six women in the Aloha Beauties collection.  Each one is uniquely beautiful!

Fairy Flowers - Guest Designer ~ Emma

What a softly gorgeous final card from guest designer, Emma!  The background paper and the die cut frame are perfect accents for the Fairy Flowers image.  The way Emma framed her photo gives us clues about how she created this card.  Love the sponged background and her beautiful coloring.

Scotty Mistletoe - Guest Designer ~ Emma

 Guest designer, Emma is back with a CAS card using the image Scotty Mistletoe C.  We all appreciate the versatility of Tammy's art - and Emma's little clouds took this digi stamp from Christmas to every day.  Love the turquoise color and her overall design.

Owl Nephew - Guest Designer ~ Emma

Don't you just love the way January's guest designer, Emma, carried the star theme throughout her Owl Nephew card?  The kraft background ties back so nicely to the way she colored the owl - and that night sky!!! Love the dusky feel of it.  Be sure to stop by her blog and leave her some love.

Dress Rehearsal - Guest DT, Wendy

Wendy's Christmas "make" of Dress Rehearsal is so joyful!  The colors, the sparkle, and the embellishments give it such a candy-kissed look!  

Wendy always manages to sneak in a little something extra on her cards and this one is no exception.  This close up gives you a sense of the way she adds texture and interest to her cards.

A Special Star - Guest DT Member ~ Wendy

December's guest designer, Wendy has another card for us today - this time using the image, A Special Star.  Love the  bright colors of her hair and dress and the shimmer on the wings.  The pearl-enhanced snowflakes tie the background into the image panel.

Musical Bell Fairy - Guest Designer ~ Amy Young

How stunning is the color combination used by today's Guest Designer, Amy Young?  She's used Musical Bell Fairy, one of the four winter fairies to create a positively gorgeous card for the holidays!

Amy added a wing and masked the bottom two layers of the dress.  Her coloring of the fairy's dress and bells inspired me to think outside of the holiday season and consider using this stamp for a bridal card. Wouldn't this make a precious card for a wedding or bridal shower?  Amy won our October Challenge; you can see more of her work on her blog, A Thousand Sheets of Paper.

Paper Doll Kelly ~ Guest DT- Wendy

This is Wendy's first card as our Guest DT member this month and isn't it a beauty?!?  The image is Paper Doll Kelly from the Beauties collection in the ADFD Shop.  Love all of the texture and the carefully placed beads and sparkle.  The way she kept the red moving around the card is so visually appealing!

Hello! I hope you're having a wonderful week! I am so thrilled to debut our October guest designer, Daria Myagkikh! She does fantastic work, and I know you are going to be inspired and totally "wow~ed" by her fabulous creations!

The Green Lady | Zubaida Momi

Hello friends, Zubaida here!

Back again with another post, always great to work with images from 'A Day For Daisies'. They are so lovely to color and what a great variety they have. This time I chose to use ‘The Green Lady’ for my card. This oriental beauty looks great and makes my card so special. I really enjoyed coloring her.

I have used copics and pencil colors on the image and it worked great. The card is also covered in handmade flowers on one side and embellished with ribbons and doily on the other.
I used patterned paper for the background to match with the image.

WIth colored pencil on kraft paper as her signature style, Dorcas' cards are easily spotted! She richly blends colors to create little masterpieces! We are thrilled to have her showing off some of Tammy's earlier images this month!

This image is called Light of My Life... this was a custom image created from a photograph! (these are actually my kids - so I can totally vouch that they look JUST like this!)
